Like I mentioned last time, I have a game plan. There's a few things I need to do in this area.
First off: Riverside Stable. I really need to remember to take a picture of Penn with his birds for the Compendium. He confirms the quest is related to that one worried stable guy, and it's resolved across the other side of Owlan Bridge. Cool. I'll do that on the way. There's also a cart near the stable. Why not? I'll take that. Load up the Korok, grab some rice from Beedle, and we're off!
In Owlan Forest, it turns out a band of travelers have been waylaid because they thought they could substitite Bokoblin bits for raw meat. I guess Zelda can cook? This feels like a bit of a dud lead, tbh. The rupees are nice though. I need to start keeping more rice around - this stuff's clearly medicinal. The cart, it turns out, is a huge mistake. It's too heavy and it keeps getting tangled awkwardly when I go fast. Sorry Korok. Glued directly to the towing harness it is! We'll get you some wheels later.
The translator quest turns out to be a photography quest, which is fine. I know it's linked to the star-shaped islands because I've run into one of those near Eldin Skyview. NBD. Put it on the to do list. I do like flinging myself into the sky. A sundelion porridge fixes Nanna right up. And for the life of me, I cannot find the drummer! I know they're in the area - I've talked to the Gerudo commenting on it twice - but I cannot FIND this fucker.
....Fine. I'll go to Dueling Peaks and ask. BUT the musicians also aren't here. I must have to finish the Hebra-Tabantha quest first. And just to cap it off, the Big Twin Bridge is broken. Nothing ever goes to plan, does it? Rafting time it is! Downriver we go. The Korok is dropped off.
It's time.
I'm going back to the Deeps.
- I need to find Penn at Riverside Stable for the journalism quest.
- There's a Korok near Teniten Shrine who wants to go east to Dueling Peaks, but must be towed via horse because I have no control devices.
- There's a translator in Kakariko Village I need to talk to for a main quest thing.
- Additionally, there's a drummer somewhere around Kakariko per that one Gerudo lady, who needs to be located and brought, also possibly via horse, to -
- Dueling Peaks stable, where Cotera is chilling.
- And I want to minimize backtracking.
